I have spent the last 25+ years working in the space where product, technology and organization must come together if strategy is to truly become reality. This is also where I create the most value.

My leadership approach is characterized by an agile mindset. Not as dogma, but as a way to create direction, learning and movement in complex organizations. I believe in clear priorities, short feedback loops and leadership that gives people and teams the best conditions to succeed.

For me, leadership is not just about structure, governance and results. It is also about how leadership is experienced from the inside. I believe in clear direction, strong priorities and accountability, but not in more control than necessary.

I thrive best when complexity is a given, and there is a need for both strategic vision and practical action.
