For the past 25+ years, I have worked in the space where product, technology, and organization need to come together if strategy is to truly become reality. That is also where I create the most value.
My leadership approach is shaped by an agile mindset. Not as dogma, but as a way to create direction, learning, and movement in complex organizations. I believe in clear priorities, short feedback loops, and leadership that gives people and teams the best conditions to succeed.
For me, leadership is not just about structure, governance, and results. It is also about how leadership is experienced from the inside. I believe in clear direction, strong priorities, and accountability, but not in more control than necessary.
I do my best work where complexity is a given and there is a need for both strategic perspective and practical action.
